When I think about the future of Dirt Force, I see a company that continues to grow while never forgetting where it all started. As we continue to grow, I hope to take on larger commercial landscaping and mulching projects, proving that a business built on determination, integrity, and hard work can compete at the highest level. About me/My story 

My name is Juliun, and I’m an 18-year-old entrepreneur with a passion for hard work and building something I can truly call my own. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in multiple trades, including concrete, roofing, brick paving, mulching, landscaping, and commercial painting. While each job taught me valuable skills, mulching quickly became my favorite. It’s the type of work I genuinely enjoy because I love seeing the transformation of a property and the satisfaction on a customer’s face when the job is complete.

My journey in the labor industry started when I was just 13 years old. Through family connections, I was given the opportunity to work in concrete, and that experience shaped the work ethic I carry today. I remember looking at the company shirts with their logos and phone numbers and thinking, “One day, I’ll have my own logo, my own phone number, and my own crew wearing those shirts proudly.” That dream has stayed with me ever since.

I grew up in the small town of Richmond, Michigan, where I also played football for seven years. Football taught me discipline, teamwork, and the importance of never giving up, lessons that I now bring into my business every day. I was raised by a hardworking single mother with an absent father, and those challenges gave me the drive and determination to build a better future for myself. Instead of letting obstacles define me, I chose to let them motivate me.

Today, I work in commercial painting, but my vision has always been bigger than working under someone else’s name. I want to build a company that people can trust—a business known for honesty, reliability, quality work, and treating every customer’s property with respect. I’ve always believed that communication is one of my greatest strengths, and I take pride in being dependable, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile for every client.

Starting this mulching business isn’t just about making money. It’s about proving to myself that hard work, consistency, and determination can turn a dream into reality. My goal is to build a team that shares my values, grow into larger commercial projects over time, and create a company that my family, employees, and customers can all be proud of.
